Chalupa, Petr
Dissertation thesis dealt with the assessment of level of recreational fisheries and management of selected salmonid grounds of the Local Organization for North Moravia and Silesia of Czech Fishing Union. The level of fishing rights performance in salmonid grounds was within the scope of this dissertation thesis evaluated from the annual summary data obtained from the economic records of individual salmonid grounds from 2000 to 2014, through individual data on attendance and catches taken from trout permits from 2013 which were compared to individual data on the level of stocking, up to an assessment of the level of fishing rights performance of the selected salmonid ground including the ichthyological investigation. Comprehensive evaluation of the level of fishing rights performance was done for salmonid fish communities, i.e. brown trout, grayling, rainbow trout and brook trout.

This results will be compared to fishing pressure on monitored areas with level of releasing of fis listed below. For evaluation of catches, fishing pressure and level of released fish was used evidence of trout kinds fish areas MRS in Brno. Results are showing, that the largem number of catches in last 15 years are in Svitava 3 area, which i also under the biggest fishing pressure. On the contrary the most fish released were in area Svitava 5. Enviromental factors in Svitava river are distictly better than in 1989. Analysis of fishing pressure at sport fisheries managed by Czech Angling Union under the united fishing system.
ŠMÍD, Pavel
The goal of the thesis was to analyse the fishing pressure, number of visits and number of catches in sport fisheries managed by Czech Angling Union (CAU). The selected data, mainly concerning the sport fisheries managed by South Bohemian Board of CAU, were graphically presented. At the trophy fishery Vltava 24, daily data were evaluated and the behaviour of fishermen was compared during the first two years of the new management (2010 and 2011). The second part of the thesis is aimed at the analysis of the united system of fishing management within the whole CAU and suggests a new system of financial flow. CAU is composed by 7 regional boards; however, it is possible to buy united fishing permit valid in all the fisheries of CAU. The financial budget coming from these permits is redistributed only according to the weight of killed and recorded fish. This system is advantageous mainly for regional boards with a big amount of fishermen and high fishing pressure at their fisheries; it is less advantageous for regional boards managing large areas. Within the thesis, a new model for redistribution of the financial budget was created. Except for the weight of killed fish, it includes other expenses connected with the management (fishing guards, lease of fishing waters, etc.) and the number of fishing visits. The model was provided to CAU for future negotiation.
